Expo is the React Native team's recommended way to build a React Native app, and for good reason: continuous native generation, EAS Build and Submit, over-the-air updates, and a mature standard library remove most of the platform toil from mobile development. We help teams adopt it well — and know when not to.

What we do

Expo adoption and migration. Move a bare React Native app onto Expo with prebuild / continuous native generation, keeping the native customisations you actually need as config plugins.

EAS pipelines. Set up EAS Build, Submit, and Update so releases are one command: internal distribution, staged rollouts, store submissions, and over-the-air updates for the changes that don't need a binary.

Expo Router. File-based, typed navigation with deep links that work out of the box. We design new navigation architectures and migrate React Navigation apps incrementally.

Cost and CI trade-offs. EAS pricing vs self-hosted builds, build minutes, update hosting — we have set both up and will recommend what fits your team's size and cadence.

When bare React Native still makes sense

Deeply custom native projects, brownfield apps embedded in existing native codebases, or teams with heavy in-house native infrastructure sometimes fit better without prebuild. Part of our job is telling you honestly which side of that line you are on.
