How We Engage
Staff augmentation, project delivery, or advisory — here is how each works
How We Engage
Every page on this site says "contact us to learn more about our engagement model" — this page actually describes it.
Staff augmentation
A senior React Native developer (or several) embeds in your team: your standups, your process, your codebase. Typical engagements run three months and up, full-time or part-time. You get senior capacity without the commitment of a full-time hire, and without the ramp-up cost of a junior.
Project delivery
We take a scoped project — a new app, a major feature, a New Architecture migration — and deliver it end to end: architecture, implementation, testing, and store submission. Fixed scope with milestones, or time-and-materials when the scope is genuinely fluid.
Advisory and audits
Short, high-leverage engagements: architecture reviews, performance audits, dependency and New Architecture readiness assessments, or a second opinion before a big technical decision. Usually one to three weeks with a written report and a working session to walk through it.
How week one works
- A scoping call — what you are building, where it hurts, what done looks like.
- We propose the engagement shape and the specific people, with bios.
- Your team meets them before anything is signed.
- Access, kickoff, and a first demo inside the first two weeks.
All our developers are US-based and senior. Onsite and remote both work; most engagements are remote with an onsite kickoff.
